·        Created and re-checked production scheduling by using Master Production Schedule (MPS) method.

• Worked under the Production Supervisor to assist the material planning by using Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) method and is responsible in supply & inventory data entry by using Microsoft Excel.
• Assisted QC Lead to monitor and control production of the balpress products in factory by digitalization of Production & QC Forms and analyzing problems in production process using Six Sigma Method.
• Conducted the quality inspection of the product and succeeded in reducing reject rate by up to 20%.

 

Klokkus                                                                                                                             Remote, Indonesia

Klokkus is a digital education startup with peer-to-peer learning concept by mentors and peers for students.

·        Successfully conducted 2 webinars with the theme of “Webinar Siap Kuliah Klokkus” and “Webinar Siap UTS Klokkus” with 350-400 participants each from Engineering & Mathematics and Natural Sciences freshmen students with Klokkus’ mentors as the speakers.

·        Achieved around 81% average class purchase rate from 3^rd Week of September 2020.

·        Created, tested, and validated a new automatic class registration and evaluation report system that has been integrated with the add-ons feature in Google Forms and Google Sheets as Klokkus' MVP.

·        Conducted 7-10 semi-private online classes consisting of 1 mentor, 1 moderator, and 3-5 mentees with two-hours duration starting from 3^rd Week of September 2020 consistently.

 

Leadership and Activities

International Youth Summit for Renewable Energy (IYSRE) 2021                                 Jakarta, Indonesia

Vice Project Officer                                                                                                    January 2021 – Present

IYSRE is a series of international events held by the Society of Renewable Energy that networks youth all over the world to discuss and enhance knowledge about renewable energy as the solution to address climate change.

• Responsible for leading and managing the 6 directors and 7 project leaders in the project.
• Successfully invited Arifin Tasrif (Minister of ESDM) and Dadan Kusdiana (Director General of NREEC) as guest speakers in the IYSRE Opening Webinar and reached a total of 1000 participants.  
• Planning to conduct 7 big events consisting of Road to IYSRE 2021, Essay Competition, Main Expo, Case Competition, RE Ideathon, MUN, and Conference Proceeding with target partners such as RE 100, IEA, Tesla, etc. and have collaborated with IRENA, GE, UNMGCY, and Astra International.

• Supervise 5 staff in doing daily tasks and coordinate directly with 6 other divisions in the organization.
• Organized 2 Internal Webinars on Future of Renewable Energy and Critical Thinking by inviting 3 speakers with different backgrounds, namely Lecturer, Private Sector Worker, and LPDP Awardee.
• Maintaining the performance of the organization’s work program using the Slovin Formula, Customer Satisfaction Index, Importance Performance Analysis, and Six Sigma as Quality Control Methods.
